Measurements inside the tour
The 3D tour carries its own measuring tools. Check the width of a doorway or the length of a wall from any computer, long after the scan.
Point cloud and BIM
Volume projects of 10,001 sqft and up include point cloud data ready for BIM work, with multi-floor and multi-building capture. Floor plans are BIM-compatible on request.

Pricing
Published rates. Every space, scanned.
- Standard: $0.15 per sqft for spaces up to 5,000 sqft. Homes, offices, restaurants, and small venues.
- Mid-size: $0.12 per sqft for spaces from 5,001 to 10,000 sqft. Larger venues, offices, and facilities.
- Volume: $0.10 per sqft for 10,001 sqft and up. Campuses, facilities, and multi-floor buildings.
- A $500 minimum applies to smaller projects. Travel within Michigan is included.
Are floor plans included?
Yes. Schematic floor plans come with every scan, along with the 3D tour, drone aerial stills and HDR interior photography.
How large a space can you scan?
From a 1,500 sqft home to a 50,000 sqft assisted-living campus, the same standard of capture, scaled by square footage. No project is too large.
What does a 3D scan cost?
Pricing is per square foot: $0.15/sqft up to 5,000 sqft, $0.12/sqft from 5,001 to 10,000 sqft, and $0.10/sqft above 10,001 sqft. A $500 minimum applies to smaller projects.
