Construction documentation
3D construction documentation, baseline to punch-list.
Pre-construction baseline through punch-list. Point cloud data and BIM-compatible deliverables, with every visit saved as a 3D scan your team walks later.
What we capture
- As-built documentation of every stage
- Progress capture: the same site scanned on each visit
- Point cloud data, BIM-ready
- Insurance baseline scans before work starts
Before the walls close
A scan taken before drywall records the framing, the wiring and the plumbing where they sit. Months later, your team opens the scan and measures from it.
Rates for larger sites
Sites of 10,001 sqft and up get the Volume rate of $0.10 per sqft, with multi-floor and multi-building capture and priority 24-hour delivery.
