Terms

◆Standard build included at no upfront cost with any active hosting & care plan. If care is cancelled within the first 90 days, a one-time $295 setup-recovery fee applies.
◆Proposal valid 30 days. Pricing locks once the first monthly payment is on file.
◆Client retains full ownership of brand assets, content, copy, and the charlespoagrealty.com domain. Site is hosted on Binzey's managed infrastructure; site code can be handed off on request with 30 days' notice.
◆Monthly hosting & care and IDX add-on are billed month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Unused edit hours do not roll over.
◆IDX feed is subject to GSAR display rules and national REALTOR® compliance. Feed access requires active MLS membership on the client's part.
