How is the site really free to build?

We host your site on enterprise-grade infrastructure that powers much of the modern web. Our recurring revenue comes from the monthly hosting and care plan, not from charging you a big setup bill up front. When you stay on as a customer, we both win.

What if I cancel right after launch?

If you cancel within the first 90 days, a one-time $295 setup-recovery fee applies — it covers the design and build time we put in. After 90 days, you're month-to-month with no commitment.

Do I own my site?

You own your brand, content, copy, and domain. The site runs under Binzey's managed Binzey account; if you ever want the site code handed off so you can self-host, we'll package it up with 30 days' notice.

What counts as custom work?

Anything beyond our standard template library — unique layouts, custom graphics, reservation systems, loyalty integrations, Matterport digital twins, on-site photography. Each is quoted up front before we start.

What does my monthly plan actually cover?
